Youth Wellbeing

Many young people in Europe feel stressed or lonely.
Some worry about the future.
Others live with the effects of war, migration, family problems, or bullying.

In Bulgaria, these feelings are often hidden.
Young people may not ask for help.
Shame, stigma, or lack of trust can stop them.

Youth workers want to support them.
But they need simple tools.
They also need safe ways to talk about emotions.

We support youth organisations by:

  • offering practical wellbeing tools for daily use
  • creating small youth circles for sharing and listening
  • helping young people take part in local life step by step

This is not therapy.
It is everyday support, built on trust and care.

We focus on inclusion and diversity.
Especially young people with fewer opportunities.
We also support youth participation in local dialogue and decisions.

We use simple digital tools and clear visuals.
No heavy platforms.
No long courses.

Small actions can make a big difference.
When young people feel safe, they can connect, act, and grow.
